With B&M as the primary channel, foot traffic is our primary key performance indicator. We will have customer conversion rates that tracks the number of people coming into the store divided by the total number of transactions happening within that day. Due to the many store events we offer, foot traffic will help us know how well we are doing in many different areas of our company.
